From an idea to a company, in five steps.
Most startups die before they reach a working product: not enough money, focus or engineering. We run the early stages as a repeatable process, so each new venture starts further ahead than the last.

- 01
Generate concepts
We develop ideas in-house across AI, web, apps, platforms and games.
Ideas come from problems we meet in our own work and in our partners' businesses. Each one gets a written thesis before anyone writes code.
- 02
Validate the market
We test demand and confirm the problem before building.
Customer interviews, landing pages and pre-sales in the target market. Ideas that do not pass are shelved, which is most of them.
- 03
Build the MVP
Our in-house team builds the first version of the product.
The same engineers, stack and release discipline on every venture, so an MVP takes weeks, not quarters.
- 04
Form the team
Each validated venture gets its own dedicated team.
We bring in an operating founder or CEO and keep core engineers on the venture through launch.
- 05
Launch and scale
We secure early traction and prepare for investment.
The venture becomes a standalone company. The studio keeps a majority stake, typically 51 to 60 percent, and stays involved as an owner.
Why it works
Engineering in Serbia
Senior engineers who have shipped AI, data and platform products, at a burn rate three to five times lower than a comparable US team.
Market access in the USA
Business development, customers and capital where the largest startup market is, from the first validation call.
We build, we don’t fund
We start companies from zero instead of buying into existing ones, so every venture inherits the same process and the same standards.
Built in Serbia. Sold in the USA.
Research and development runs out of Serbia, where we have senior engineers who have built machine translation, document AI and enterprise software for years.
Business development, partnerships and fundraising run in the USA, so ventures are validated against the market they will actually sell into.
For investors
Backing the studio means backing a machine that keeps producing companies, instead of a single bet.
Talk to the foundersEquity in the studio
A share of every venture the studio creates, not just one.
First look at spinouts
Priority access and co-investment options on each new venture.
A seat at the table
A board seat or observer role, depending on the size of the commitment.
An innovation partner
For funds and corporates, the studio can run as an external venture building arm.
